PURCHASING

To make a purchase please send an email outlining the item(s) you would like to purchase. I aim to reply with a PayPal invoice within 24 hours.

DELIVERY

Please note at this time I am accepting UK orders ONLY.

Pricing for non-digital items:

Royal Mail 2nd Class: £1.00

If you would like to upgrade to 1st Class delivery (£1.35) please mention this in your email.

Dispatch times:

I aim to dispatch orders (or send digital items via email) on the same day or on the next working day after the invoice has been paid.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you change your mind, non-digital item(s) must be returned in the same condition they were sent in, within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once I have received the item(s) I will send you your refund for the cost of the item(s) you are returning on the next working day minus the original postage cost unless faulty. Your money will be refunded to you via PayPal.

You will need to arrange your own return (via Royal Mail for example) the return address details can be found on your invoice. It will be up to you to pay for the cost of the return, unless item(s) from your order are faulty.

Unfortunately I am unable to accept refunds for digital products.
