First of all I just want to say I hope you’ve all had a lovely Christmas, today I’m going to be sharing with you one of the houses I recently edited and added decorations to for Christmas on The Sims Freeplay. It was a house I was still editing (it used to be the DIY Home one) before I started adding the Christmas decorations so that’s why it doesn’t have that much other stuff in it right now. I thought I’d leave it like this then add other stuff in it once the Christmas decorations have been removed again.

I ended up using the Weather Machine to get most of these photos because I decided to retake them after changing up a couple of the decorations yesterday evening (I added in the gold reindeer and table decoration from the recent Missing Claus Christmas quest, the reindeer ornament is just so cute).

I actually bought the kitchen cabinets with real money. I love the jam/marmalade ornament, as well as of course the cabinets, they’re such a lovely grey colour.

So basically this is a three-story house with a separate building in the garden where the Sims can do the cooking hobby with an upstairs area looking out to sea! I finally found a place to put the huge sofa from the Chalet update last year as well.

This house has two Christmas trees, one upstairs and the other downstairs in the lounge area.

The reindeer decorations and candy canes came out of the inventory to decorate the garden and I also added Christmas windows, doorways and doors.

The basement doesn’t actually have anything Christmas related in it but I thought I’d share it anyway, I love the flooring.

What do you guys think, if you play The Sims Freeplay did you decorate your Sims houses for Christmas?

I love the Sims! I’ve been playing it for years 🙂
